S.M.a.R.T. maintenance program
Service, Maintenance and Repair with Truman
Most roof failures start small: a clogged drain, an open seam, a cracked pitch pan. The NRCA recommends inspecting low-slope roofs at least twice a year and after major storms. S.M.a.R.T. puts that on a schedule, with a written report after every visit, and helps you meet the inspection requirements in many manufacturer warranties.
- Spring and fall visits, plus checks after hail and high-wind events
- Drains, gutters and debris cleared every visit
- Photo report with priorities and repair pricing
- Available for roofs we didn't install

Why Truman
A local contractor, not a storm chaser
National roll-ups and out-of-state crews come and go with the hail. We're a Colorado corporation in Centennial, and the people who bid your roof are the people accountable for it.
General contractor discipline
We started as a GC in 2003. Scopes are complete, schedules are realistic, permits are pulled and closeout paperwork is done before we ask for final payment.
Numbers you can take to a board
Estimating is run by a CPA. Proposals are line-itemed, change orders are in writing, and invoices match the approved scope.
Sign-off before final payment
We walk the finished roof with you. Final payment isn't collected until you're satisfied and sign off on the work.

Commercial and HOA roofing FAQs
Should we repair or replace our flat roof?
It depends on how much of the insulation is wet, the age of the membrane and how long you plan to own the building. If moisture is limited to a few areas, targeted repairs or a restoration can buy years. If wet insulation is widespread, replacement is usually the better spend. An infrared survey with core cuts gives you the data to decide.
How often should a commercial roof be inspected?
The National Roofing Contractors Association recommends at least twice a year, typically spring and fall, plus after hail or high-wind events. Many manufacturer warranties also require documented maintenance.
Can you help our association with a hail claim?
Yes. We document the damage, meet the adjuster on the roof, prepare a detailed scope and help the board understand the estimate, deductible and timeline. We don't pay, waive or rebate deductibles, which Colorado law prohibits.
Do you work on roofs you didn't install?
Yes. Our repairs and our maintenance program are open to any roof in our service area, whoever installed it.
Can you phase a replacement across several buildings?
Yes. We regularly plan replacements in phases to match reserve funding, with a schedule residents can see and building-by-building closeout.
What areas do you serve?
Denver and communities within about 30 miles, from our office at 6422 S Quebec St, Bldg 4, in Centennial.
